Mosaic started with a question: what if we had a real home base? Not a calendar handed down by one team, but a collective built by peers, for peers, where we finally feel like we have deep roots in our own community. When one of us has an idea for a gathering, we work together to make it happen. Every gathering keeps its own hosts and energy, and Mosaic pieces it all together into one citywide scene.

Art nights, pickleball groups, Pilates classes, sunset hikes and bonfires, small-group Shabbats, gardening days, neighborhood happy hours, and creative holiday workshops. Each gathering has its own hosts and evolves to fit the people who come.
Our signature gatherings: a talk or workshop by an expert at a brewery, café, or venue that fits the night. Expect topics you'll still be talking about weeks later, from AI and new research breakthroughs to interfaith perspectives and entrepreneurs with wild paths to success. Intentionally small and intimate, so they fill fast.
Everything lives in the app: browse what's happening, RSVP to whatever speaks to you, and jump into the chat forums for the groups you're into, so you have a voice in what happens next.

Our founding Leadership Team members are peers who wanted a core role in Mosaic's founding: a real say in its culture and direction from day one, genuine leadership development, and close relationships with fellow leaders and Federation staff.
